Broken coaxial cable

Hi VM team, 


my dog broke my coaxial cable and I need a replacement. What’s the procedure to get a new one please?

Are you off-service as a result of this damage? If so, then report that loss of service in the usual fashion - 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone and choose the "I have a fault" options.

If not, please post a photo of the damaged equipment and you can be advised further.

Thank you for the advice. I have called 150 and they will send a replacement cable
