Broken brown box wires exposed

Hi my brown box is broken outside my house.

Wires exposed

I have been given engineer appointment for 15th August

I am worried that rain will damage the wiring.

Shall I call back and demand earlier appointment?

Sorry to see the condition of the omni-box.

The team would have booked in the first available date for the visit so calling back would only get an earlier visit if one becomes available during the intervening time.
