Dear Virgin Technical Support
I have recently moved into a new property where we have taken up Virgin via the self-install.
This worked. However, the brown box outside is damaged and totally exposed to the elements with all cables showing. Plus, we had to take the white cover off the box internally to get the self install to work as the box had been installed to close to the ground historically and it was not possible to plug in the cables.
I've tried to call, but can't get through to anyone. Can someone help as I feel it is dangerous to have all these cables exposed to the elements.
