Hello, the brown plastic exterior cable box for our Virgin Media entry point is broken and needs replacing. The wires are now exposed to the elements which I am worried about. There is also a lot of excess wire that has just been left in a pile on the ground at the front of our property and it looks messy and unsightly (it has been this way since the last time a technician visited). I couldn't find anywhere on the Virgin Media help site to request a replacement - how do we go about arranging this please?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
