Broadbrand set up issue

Hello,

I rang Virgin Media a few weeks ago about moving house and moving my virgin media to a new house. I was told the new house was able to set up my virgin media via self set up and to just bring my old hub. I was sent one new cable. However, I was lied to and my new house does not have an isolator socket to put the cables into. I can’t get into contact and don’t know what to do.

Any help would be appreciated.

does the post code checker show the house as in a VM area - if so what is actually there - is the external omnibox in place and again if so what is there internally
