Hi I ordered a new kit for broadband only and picked an install date of 2nd June. I received an email saying that my kit won't be arriving in time - although not sure why?!
Its now meant to be arriving tomorrow but I've had no dispatch email and nothing to say its coming.
Can anyone help me with this? It won't let me register for a my virgin media account presumably because I'm not officially live yet and I'm going round in circles with the help function!!
