Broadband

Has anyone else lost broadband woke up and juts lighting up green and won't do anything at all

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community although we are sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your connection. 

Taking a look at the account, I can see there are some issues with your power levels. We won't be able to fix this remotely so I would like to arrange for an engineer to come to take a look at this for you. I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account.
