Broadband

My home no longer has a internal VM wall box Virgin thinks because the premises had fibre cable in the past there is.a VM box on the internal wall but the is not. Builders removed it years ago.   The installers won’t visit the house because I said I’m shielding and are sending a self install instead,but there is nothing to install it to.  I can’t find a way of contacting virgin by phone to explain.
