Broadband was meant to be delivered yesterday, never came

Just joined

I work from home and was assured my broadband would be connected yesterday as that was when my router was due to be delivered. I received a text message saying my router would be delivered yesterday morning through Yodel and waited all day but nothing. Was told I would get a 2 hour window for delivery but nothing. I have tried using your "track my order" and the link sends me automatically to my virgin but does not give me a tracking number or any way to actually track. This is very frustrating as I took the entire day off work to ensure I would be here to set up the broadband and am instead having to use my personal hotspot from my phone which is less than ideal!
