Broadband speed very slow

Virgin board and installed 5 days ago.  Very slow speed compared to advertised speed. How do I contact via chat or cancel service

Are you testing with wifi or wired ? Virgin only have guarantee's on wired connections

Test time: sunday at 07:08 am ( it may be only i am using internet on the building)

My post code : TW10 6LJ 

Evening period the speed decrease also,

I mean I have no internet but I pay 50 pounds per month

I can not work remotely because of no internet 

Could you help me please regarding the lack of your service ?
