I had an engineer today, to finalise set up of my new Hub and Virgin TV, after some VM issues with the first visit. Despite the set up working and the second engineer testing and recording a download speed of 400 mbps, Skype is very slow, and loading pages via my laptop or apps such as iplayer via my Smart Hub selection on my Samsung TV set up is significantly slower than before, with my previous (very old) hub. The engineer suggested requesting a new hub (and felt V3 may be an improvement). Do you have any suggestions please?

I am sorry for the issue with your Hub-4.
Have you tested to see if your wired connection is working? Using wired connection can help your Wi-Fi with your other devices.
