So we have been having an intermittent service for the last few weeks, finally died completely on Monday, I contacted virgin who said we needed an engineer visit. That happened today which was pretty quick . Engineer ran some tests and said our hub had failed and replaced the hub.
About 10 minutes later and working, all be it with a much slower connection, (17mbps) Worked for almost 2 hours like this and now we are back to where we started , no connection , green lights constantly flashing on hub and can't get through on the phone.
If i try and go through online it just says I need another engineer visit and I can book for end of next week.
Can anyone help? What should I do next? Trying to work from home without internet is a nightmare
Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and a very warm welcome to you!
Sorry to see that you've been having issues with your broadband services. How are things looking since your post on Thursday? Have you been able to keep in contact with the technician that's previously visited your property
