Broadband not delivered

Hi, i am a new customer to Virgin Media.on the 13.12.2023 i have ordered my new broadband package to be delivered on the 02.01.2024, today the broadband was not delivered and i have no information on whats next. I haven’t received any email with my account number or information, only have received e-mail about my order and pre order documents. I can’t reach of anyone on the customer service team also. I have got a broadband left from the previous tenants, was wondering if there is a way to actually activate and connect the current one to my account?
