Broadband not delivered

My broadband was meant to be delivered today but it hasn't. I have also not been sent any tracking information either.


Fibre optic

You would have to contact customer service or wait for a mod. When the eq has been dispatched from the warehouse with a tracking number and on the day I will receive a txt with a window. If you not received any of them it could be that the activation date has changed or the account is not set up correctly.  For peace of mind I would contact customer service to see what’s going on.
