I am calling to virgin number helpline and trying to reach them .... It's call on hold for two two hours but no answered
What to do no idea

Issue yet not solved. I am still waiting for confirmation.
I just received one message on dated 26 my courier is on the way to deliver select location and selected location will contact me but after no message I received.

Call to virgin media help line yesterday from morning 10.00 to till evening 5.00 but don't get a chance to speak
They already issue me account number By email from virgin media
