Can anyone on here help me. I haven't received any details or bills since signing up. My broadband is down again and I have no details.
The details on my router are:

The router is a VM Hub 3.0
The green light at the bottom is flashing on and off - Wireless light is solid green
I have checked all cables already and rebooted it a couple of times.
I have went through the process on the Virgin site.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.
