Sorry to hear that you're experiencing broadband issues and that you haven't received any account details yet.
I've had a look at your network details and can see that there is an outage in your area for congestion with the estimated fix time being 24/06. This may explain the issues you're having at the moment and I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Regarding your account details, have you received any emails at all about your account? Can I ask whether you're a brand new customer with us or are you an existing customer that has moved address and have been given a new account?
