Broadband installation

Hi, 

I recently ordered Virgin fibre broadband for self instalation quick start. However I do not have the correct port (Adsl only), and wish to book and engineer to install a line to our flat.

VM only send quick starts out to those properties that have been connected before. Can you take another look and see if you can find the internal box. Track the cable from the external brown "omnibox" to see where the cable enters the property as a clue to where the internal box should be.

It may have been covered up or removed by a previous occupant or yourself of course.

Otherwise call it in to book the tech visit.
