Broadband hub installation

  • We have been sent a set it up yourself quick instal hub 4 for broadband. Our flat does not have the virgin wall socket and so it will require installation by an engineer but i cannot book an engineer appointment via the app and I have tried calling to book an engineer but the call with not accept my second/thirds digits of my password. Please allow us to book an engineer appointment so we can get this set up! This is impossible!

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 or 0345 454 1111 and book a Tech install

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
