Broadband gig1

I’m having issues 3/4 times a day where the broadband drops and no speed it drops connectivity to my sky boxes I’m having to constantly reboot ... 3 days in not impressed

Would need to check the signal levels if could go to http://192.168.0.1 or if using modem mode http://192.168.100.1 clicking router status top right or bottom of page depending on hub [no need to login - depending on hub] and if could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log, don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it.. try and avoid using screen shots..

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your connection, I have looked into your account and can see that you have spoken to the team on a few occasions since you last posted.

 

Have they been able to resolve the issues or are you still having problems with your connection?

  • Hi still not resolved this has been painful I’ve had an issue for 4 months ever since they upgraded me from 200 to 350 then the gig1 it’s not worked properly

If you have a circuit problem, upgrading to a higher tier will not fix it. Always checkout you circuit before upgrading.
