My VMDG480 Superhub 1 is running in modem mode. Recently it has started to freeze; the internet connection drops, and the modem will not respond on the local admin portal. The modem lights stay on as usual. Problems started a week ago; has frozen twice today.
To recover connectivity, I have to power-cycle the modem.
The log shows 82000400 critical modem errors with T3, T4 timeouts at the time the service freezes.
Any suggestions? Time to call an engineer?
