how can I find out why at 10.30 and 10.50 EVERY day for the last 2 weeks my broadband goes down until about 11.15?
All WIFI devices cannot see the router, my hard wired laptop and PC both drop off the LAN and I get 2 green arrows flashing on the router no amount of re powering the router or unplugging the white cable fixes it , when i run a test it says something is wrong but the page crashes and wont let me book an engineer
