Broadband drops 10.30 every day

how can I find out why at 10.30 and 10.50 EVERY day for the last 2 weeks my broadband goes down until about 11.15?

All WIFI devices cannot see the router, my hard wired laptop and PC both drop off the LAN and I get 2 green arrows flashing on the router no amount of re powering the router or unplugging the white cable fixes it , when i run a test it says something is wrong but the page crashes and wont let me book an engineer

Sorry to hear about the repeat disconnections every evening 

I have had a look at a few things from here and cant see anything untoward 

The Hub has been on for the past 7 days 

How are things looking now?

Hi

 

it still goes offline every day multiple times a day, and it usually says 'access denied' when I log into the router 

it was offline for hours today no matter how many times i rebooted the router, i started getting this a lot more when i went from a hub1 to a Hub 3 are they more prone to downtime?

Sorry to hear about your broadband connection dropping and for the frustration caused. I've managed to find your details using the information we have on here and can see your upstream power levels are touching our high limit. Due to real time fluctuations in the network, it can go over so I've arranged for an engineer to take a look. You can find the details via your online account and re-arrange it if necessary. Thanks for the reply. At the time I was getting 'Access Denied' when checking the router. I've now gone 7 days without any problems so assume something has been fixed elsewhere (Post code WS15 xxx)?
