Broadband dropping - No Ranging Response received - T3

Hi - for the past 2 weeks or so I am experiencing regular (2 or 3 times a day) drop off the broadband connection. Each time only for about 10 minutes when it manages to reconnect again.

Each time I can see the following critical error in the network log

No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=xxxxxxxxxx;CMTS-MAC=xxxxxxxxxxxxx;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

I have rebooted the Hub3 to no avail

Similar posts seem to say that I need a visit from an engineer to review downstream power levels or modulation. 

Is there anything else I can do at this side or could one of the forum team please pick this up now and arrange for a visit?

Nothing wrong with the stats. Although the history is cleared out when you force a reboot.

Occasional T3 timeouts do happen & won’t affect your service unless 14 or so happen in quick succession, which then causes the cable interface with the CMTS to reset.

The T4 errors are the major concern. These will interrupt your service.

Hopefully one of the Forum Team will drop by shortly & investigate further.

Your upstream power levels are on the high side and a tech should be sent round to investigate.

Hi Sasha - here is the updated logs. There were at least 4 of the T4 outages over the last 24 hours so nothing has improved. Can you please advise?
