My broadband has been down on and off since Monday. What is going on. I get texts saying its fixed but it isn't. Its unusable. My pc won't work, my amazon echo won't work. When will this be resolved. Ironically you have put the price up when it's not working.
When calling 150 I get told its a complex issue and they are on with it. I get texts saying its fixed when it isn't. I really don't have an hour spare to wait for someone to answer the phone. Its not just me other people nearby have same problem.
