Broadband down, report issue

Our broadband has been down, along with many other customers on our estate, since yesterday evening (27th Jan 2021 approx 19:00). It is still down this morning (28th Jan 2021 07:00). 

Firstly, how do I report this for updates and compensation?

Secondary, when will this be fixed?

Have you checked for known faults in your area? 

Have you contacted customer services? 

In line with the compensation policy, no compensation is due until 3 full days without service. 

It could be fixed today or it could be fixed next week - depends when an engineer is available.
