Broadband down again (no sync) area 22

Third weekday in a row with complete loss of service for a period.

No answer via Twitter, text service or call centre. Faults page says there is a fault but the time to fix keeps going up with no change.

(removed rant because unfair on forum folks who are doing their best)

Service back again but again intermittent. If someone could help to explain what's going on and an expected fix this would be helpful.

Also in Area 22 and have not had internet since Saturday evening - superhub 2 has arrows flashing green.

I run the diagnostics test and it says there appears to be a network issue, but no time frame on when it will be fixed.

I’m in area 04 and have had no internet for over 24 hours earlier got information that there was a known fault and have had 2txt saying that it’s been resolved but I still have no connection

Area 03 has been having issues on Broadband and TV since approximately 11 am today.

I've reconnected cables, rebooted the Hub and Tivo Box, but no joy. At around 17:00 it looked like it was back, even the status page said all was ok, but 20 minutes later it was down again and there it remains.

I'm working from home through the COVID-19 crisis so this is very important for me to get rectified.

I hope it can be fixed for good very soon.
