Broadband disconnect again

Third disconnect in SL1 postcode this week. 

All guides for testing followed and the version on the status checker.(the same as they get you to do over the phone?)

I really don't want to call Customer Services again to go through how to reset a router.

End of moan.

Hi JJSz, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the broadband. I have looked at the system and there is not an outage. Can you confirm if you are still having issues with this since posting? ^Chris
