Broadband delivery

Hi, 

I ordered on 28/06/23 a broadband box to be delivered on 01/07/23. The last email I received was from the 'webteam'. I have yet to be sent anything since, no welcome email, no conformation or delay to the delivery date, which has now passed the 3 working day period stated on the website.
