Broadband delivery to pickup point had no comfirmation it should have been yesterday

  1. Arranged broadband for my mum over phone this took 2 hours to do they told me the broadband would be delivered to pickup point yesterday 18th and I'd get email comfirmation I rang back they had wrong email spelt incorrect so they corrected it apparently then they said they would call me yesterday to reassure me my mum's broadband would be delivered this didn't happen still no comfirmation email
