Broadband deal

Good morning,

I found the following deal this morning and tried via the chat to get it sorted. but they keep transferring me around till finally one of the members stops replying or disconnects me, saying I'm not replying, when I actually am..

firstly, when I found the deal it showed up as £16 for a 12 month M100- free engineer and free activation.

I go through the normal process of filling in my details and booking someone to come to me to set it up, I pass through the credit fine. then the price of this changes to £24.

 

but even when it shows £24, when I click on my basket it still shows £16.

there isn't any other way I can contact virgin to help, so this is my next resort after trying chat and twitter

add to note I have got proof as I went back a redone the whole order so ive got a screenshot of the following if someone can get it honoured.

Must be a glitch showing the incorrect price of £16

dont think staff here will be able to help - they will i think just point you back to the text services

They don't have to honor it untill payment is taken or contract signed

but that's misadvertising then, no? Especially when I have screenshots of everything as proof.. this was showing up before 8am this morning...

is there a number that I can use to speak to someone as all the ones ending in 1111 asks for account detail or landline number but I don't have an account yet as I'm yet to join
