Broadband cuts off and is running very slow

Got router delivered on Friday and constantly cuts off and is running very slow,  

Phone yesterday tests were run and fault was picked up but same issues again today and can't get through on phone now

staff will get to the thread in a few days or more

what is the problem - you give some details - are you testing wired or wifi - is the connection good with a cabled connection

post some info

log into hub3 - [or if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream

with that you will get help from other users

if faults were seen by CS why did they not book a tech
