I have tried on several occasions by chat and phone to talk to someone about bringing down the substantial cost of my broadband but have had no success. It seems the phone service is not properly staffed to deal with the call volumes and the chat service can't deal with this type of request. At a time when many people are experiencing financial hardship, it is not acceptable for this type of service not to be available online and for the phone lines not to be properly staffed. Please can someone help me. I cannot afford the monthly cost any more but cannot work without broadband.
