Broadband connection box

Hi. I’ve ordered a quick start installation but don’t have the inside connector / box. Do I need an engineer?

Actually I’m not sure I have the external box either!

I called the number that was posted and an engineer arrived the next day to sort it. I’m now online and happy. 😀
