My outside cable has been damaged and needs repair. The virgin media telephone helpline is not accepting calls. There is no email address. In what other way can I contact virgin media to get help? I'm a doctor and this is quite urgent.
you have in some part contacted them although it usually takes a few days for staff to get to threads - i will flag the thread to [hopefully] get a quicker response
wait for VM to pick up the thread - they will need some personal details - dont post any on here
EDIT - will leave this her but as i was typing the answer the thread has been flagged by a mod - they flag back to the staff who answer the threads
