Broadband cable cut

Hi, a building contractor has accidentally cut through the external cable supplying broadband to the home whilst lifting out paving slabs, so no longer have connection. How do I book an engineer visit to repair? Thanks

You need to speak to the Faults Team. (option 2)

150 from a Virgin landline or mobile (free call)

 freephone number 0800 052 0422

0345 4541111 from any other phone (landline rates)

Or if you wait a day or two then a member of the Forum Team may pick this up for you.
