Broadband and Phone Activation

Hi,

Our virgin router and phone has been setup as per instructions that came with the quick setup package. Lights on the router are all green however we did not receive a text regarding activation of out service.

We have tried calling and have been on hold for 1 hour and haven't gotten through. Can a moderator or engineer on this forum please activate our service?

Hi FVmedia,

sorry to hear you've been on hold for an hour, it's  best to call 0800 953 9500 at 8am to avoid call queues.

Hopefully a Forum Staff member can pick this up for you, but it can sometimes take up to 24 hours to activate.
