Broadband added to package - not showing on package
Hi, new member here. I have an existing phone line contract and added M100 fibre broadband to my account on 4th Jan. Had email confirmation of the details, contract change etc, However, I still don't have any broadband service showing as part of my package when logging into My VM.
The router arrived today and I connected it up. No broadband. The app says I have no access as I don't have broadband on my account. I presume something has gone wrong here? Or does it take ages for a change to package to actually activate?
Any info would be appreciated, I guess I may have to join the queue to talk to someone about it tomorrow...
