Broadband added to package - not showing on package

Hi, new member here. I have an existing phone line contract and added M100 fibre broadband to my account on 4th Jan. Had email confirmation of the details, contract change etc, However, I still don't have any broadband service showing as part of my package when logging into My VM.

The router arrived today and I connected it up. No broadband. The app says I have no access as I don't have broadband on my account. I presume something has gone wrong here? Or does it take ages for a change to package to actually activate?

Any info would be appreciated, I guess I may have to join the queue to talk to someone about it tomorrow...

until installed and activated it will not show on your account

 

have you called in to activate the BB

I haven't called in to activate it, maybe that's the issue. I didn't know I had to. I'll call tomorrow.
