Hi, how do I activate my broadband???? All the call centres are closed and ive been on hold for almost an hour. I heard its an automated service but seems like its not. Its hub 3 and nothing on the leaflet they provided is helping. Please help ive been on data for nearly two weeks.
You could also try contacting New accounts and Set Up for them to complete the setup and activation. That would be options 1,1,1 and 4 if dialling 150 from a Virgin landline , or options 1,1,2 and 4 or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. You could also try dialling freephone number 0800 052 0422.
Have the hub serial number, and your account number and area code handy just in case.
