Broadband Setup problems

Hi everyone

i just received my router today and wanted to connect it.

However the virgin media box connection doesn’t fit the cable of what I received.

There also is another provider installed in this house but I can’t manage to connect it with that either.

I am unfamiliar with the UK Internet setup, so if there is a quick fix, more than happy for any help.

Picture 2, the TeleWest box should have a screw terminal at the bottom edge under the logo (to the right on your picture). The cable to the hub should just push onto this terminal.

Sorry to hear of the issues you've experienced when trying to set up the Quickstart order. 

Can you please confirm if you have since been able to connect the services or if this is still ongoing?

If this matter is still ongoing, please call our Pre-Installs team on 0800 052 1734.

I would however advise that I've been able to detect an issue in your local area that may result in intermittent services until the estimated fix time and date of 14:00 on 23/02/2023.
