Broadband Quality

Hi All,

I've recently moved to a 1 gig line and decided to do a "Broadband Quality Monitor" on Think Broadband for the first time ever.

Does this look right? I've had a couple of dropouts this morning and it looks a bit more... spikey than expected.

Disconnects showing at ~10.00-11.00 (red bits at top of the yellow spikes) what does the log show at those times. What are your up/down power levels like ?

Stats look ok to me - but I am not familiar with the Hub4 - someone who is should comment. Can you get the Network logs?

I am no expert but they are odd - again someone else should comment.

I think it would be worth trying a pinhole reset on the Hub to see if it clears it

Looks to me that all those 01/01/1970 entries are because the hub is trying to contact the CMTS and failing so it has been unable to get the current date/time.
