Moving to a new flat shortly and was looking to get Virgin broadband in. First hurdle was I couldn't find the address on the Virgin website (out of 14 flats in the building ours was the only one not on there). Put my contact details in and was contacted by a local Virgin rep who assured me he could register our address and get an order put in. Sorted some paperwork etc but he's gone quiet on me for a little while now and I have no alternative contacts,
Are there any teams / contacts who can assist with this? With the current climate not being able to work from home will be a major issue for me the longer this goes on,
