Broadband Fault

Picked up new hub and plugged it into Virgin wall socket as per instructions. All physical connections appear secure. Constant flashing green base light and upon connecting a device to the WiFi it says there’s a fault requiring attention. Not ideal from a service provider that claims the device is plug and play. Any help, please? If not, I’ll have no choice but to invoke the 14-day cooling off period.

Re: Broadband Fault

I’ve been on hold to speak to a tech advisor for over 30 minutes at this point. Followed all the instructions given by automated tech support and still not getting anywhere.

Re: Broadband Fault

Have you requested the new hub to be activated? Will not work until it’s activated to your account and address. Instructions should be included with the hub.
