I have recently ordered my new Broadband Kit and thought it would come with a different connector.
As a result I am now unable to work from home, is there a chance there could be another cable sent or could there be an engineer come to fit the right connector?
Why do you think the wrong connector has been applied?
you are going to have to elaborate, what sort off connector were you expecting and what did you get, all virgin broadband uses an "F" type connector

Seem to think that when I was looking it had two images one of which is my current cable so thought it would be sent

All sorted now! Got the support and have been able to set up sucessfully
Believe that it waa user error 😁
