Broadband Box Not Delivered and No Account Number

Just joined


Our broadband quick installation was supposed to arrive today. We have failed to receive a message from Yodel and when trying to get in contact it became clear we never received the welcome email with the account number either so tracking our order or contacting yourselves is impossible.

We both work from home so need the internet up and running asap. Please help.
