Broadband Availability Confrimation

Hello all, 

I'm moving to a new flat on the 1st April. I have entered my postcode into the postcode checker where they say "We're pretty sure you'll be able to get your perfect Virgin Media package, but we'll need to get a bit more info first. Just pop your details in below and we’ll be in touch within ten working days to tell you what services are available there.". This was at the beginning of the month and I have not heard anything back yet. I'm hoping to have internet from day one as I'm working from home currently. Is there any way to check if I have entered my e-mail incorrectly?
