Hi , can I get two new internal wall box covers that the wires come out of ? sorry don’t know the official name mine are old discoloured and one isn’t secured to the wall anymore we’ve spent a fortune on decorating these are just a mess very very old willl virgin rip me off and charge me even though we’ve been a customer for years

Post pictures to show them both. If one is a phone connection it can be removed entirely.

VM will replace the broadband box for £25 as it’s a non-fault call out.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Sorry to hear one of the internal boxes is hanging off the wall.

I am happy to take a look at getting these replaced for you.

As advised before by @jpeg1 and @Tudor.

Would you be able to post a picture so we can see where we go with this.

It's tricky to say yes we will charge if one is broke and the other is just discoloured.
