I booked a self-install for my new Virgin Broadband hub, but on closer inspection don’t have the required socket, so will need to book an engineer.
I can’t find any way of doing this on the website, or the app, and haven’t been able to speak to a human on the phone.
How do I book an engineer?

I am so sorry to hear that you had this mix up with your install but I can see that you have since spoken to our teams and have an appointment booked.
