My letting agency informed me that virgin was previously installed on the property, and therefore setup my account and ordered the quickstart kit.
On getting here, I realised there wasn't a virgin box installed within the property. I have the quickstart kit but nowhere to plug it in.
What's the best way of booking an engineer to install the virgin box into the property? Do I need to cancel by account and start a new one for a fresh install?
Frustrating as I'm working fully from home and not having wifi is a big issue....

Thanks for your post and I'm terribly sorry to see we've not been able to get to this sooner.
It appears that were able to speak to our team on Thursday in regards to booking an engineer to fit the box/cabling
Has this now been resolved for you? Are the services working as expected?
