Booking Engineer Visit

I had an engineer come out to install my new services but couldn't install the second box because he couldn't gain access to run the cables. He said I can run the cables myself and then book a second engineer visit. 

I'm going round in circles on their web help and can't find a way to book an engineer to come out and connect the second box.

Can someone help me with this?

Hi this is absolute nonsense as virgin customers are not allowed to use or run there own cables as they are specialist standard and need to be balanced between your box and the street cabinet to work properly. Regards Micky

Thanks for your response. 

I didn't mean the main cable from the street. I meant the cable to the bedroom for my second tivo box to be attached to.

Either way, do you know how I can arrange to get an engineer to come out?
