Book engineer for new set up

I recently purchased a broadband package and since its arrival (chose the self set up option as we had all the required items listed on the virgin webiste in our new home), we have discovered that the set is incompatible. Therefore, I am looking for book an engineer to set up the broadband. I can't see anywhere on the website nor app about how to do this? Would appreciate help ASAP. Thank you.

How is it not compatible?

Post pictured of the internal box and cables. It may be that you just need a small adaptor.

Thanks. The chord leading out from the virgin box is split into 2 coax cables with two male ends. The virgin box also has a male end- so are not compatible. We've tried a coax adapter but it doesn't fit.

Re: Book engineer for new set up

You need an F type back-back connector, that you can get from any DIY shop.  Virgin should send them out when needed but it's probably quicker to get your own.
