Already have a VM box in our downstairs living room, and would like it moved to an upstairs bedroom directly above.
Kept gettings errors when trying to book an appointment so I thought i'd make a post on here.

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Thank you for your first post and welcome to the community. We do hope you are enjoying it. Sorry to see you are having issues booking an engineer out.
Now this job you want doing is classed 'Special Request' so this could be the reason you cannot book one yourself.
Also, these 'Special Request' jobs are chargeable, and the reason is that they are a bit different to normal jobs.
They are charged a one-off fee of £25 which would be added to the next billing cycle.
